Deposits Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits go toward your final total.

  • Deposits may transfer once with proper notice.

  • No-call/no-show results in forfeited deposit and possible booking restriction

Late Policy

  • 15-minute grace period.

  • After 15 minutes, a late fee applies.

  • After 30 minutes, appointment is canceled and a new deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit.

No Extra Guest Policy

  • No extra guests unless being serviced.

  • This ensures a peaceful, clean, and focused glam environment.

Hair Prep Policy

  • Hair must be fully clean, detangled, and dry unless you add a wash service.

  • Unprepared hair may require extra fees.

Payments Policy

  • Remaining balance must be paid in cash, Zelle, or approved methods at checkout.

  • No refunds on services or products.

Respect Policy

  • Get Glam Cartel is a safe space built on professionalism and positive vibes. Disrespectful behavior will result in refusal of service.
